Nursing Home Negligence
Far too many of our elderly citizens are injured in nursing homes. Sadly, nursing homes have an extremely poor record when it comes to providing quality care for our elderly loved ones. In fact, almost a third of the nursing homes in the United States were cited for abuse violations during a two-year period ending on January 1, 2001.
